AiDancerAbout the service
AiDancer is operated by QinsGames. These terms govern your use of the app and official website. AiDancer lets you browse video inspirations, submit authorised photos for AI video generation and revisit your works in a personal Gallery. Features may depend on the app version and service availability.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Contact us at [email protected] for questions.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or consent requirements that apply where you live. If you are below the legal age of adulthood, involve a parent or guardian as required by local law.
Use accurate account information, protect access to your Google account or other login credentials, and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not use another person's account without permission. Google sign-in and other third-party services are also subject to their own terms.
Your photos and generated content
You retain the rights you have in the photos and other content you submit. You must have the permissions needed to upload and process that content, including the consent of identifiable people where required. Do not upload another person's private images without permission.
You authorise QinsGames and the service providers used for your request to store, transmit and process submitted content as needed to provide generation, Gallery and support features, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to outputs created for others. Review a result before sharing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that every output has copyright protection, is exclusive, or is free of third-party rights. Any rights in an output depend on applicable law and relevant provider terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use AiDancer for unlawful content, child sexual exploitation, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of privacy, intellectual property or other rights. Do not bypass account or security controls, misuse credentials, disrupt the service or submit malicious files.
Clearly identify generated content where required and do not present an AI-generated depiction as authentic evidence of a real event. We may decline or restrict requests that violate these terms or applicable requirements.
Generation and credits
A generation may consume the credits shown in the app. Check the applicable task information before submitting a request. Processing time and output depend on the selected template, provider and network conditions; successful completion is not guaranteed.
Credits are service-use units, not cash, a bank balance or an investment. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless an explicit offer or applicable law provides otherwise. If a charge or task status appears incorrect, contact us with the relevant job reference. Do not send authentication tokens.
Any separately offered purchases must present their price and applicable purchase terms before you commit. These terms do not remove refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
Availability and suspension
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, network or provider failures, or security reasons. We may update features and restrict an account when reasonably needed to address misuse or legal obligations. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain a material restriction and provide a contact route.
To stop using AiDancer, sign out and stop accessing the service. Signing out does not delete your account or works. Account and content deletion requests can be sent to [email protected]; retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities and legal rights
Use appropriate care when choosing input photos and publishing generated videos. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular creative result or absolute security. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions or disputes should first be raised with QinsGames at the contact address below so we can try to resolve them. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and access to competent authorities or courts remain available.
