Who we are

AiDancer is operated by QinsGames, a studio. This policy covers the AiDancer app and the official website at aidancer.bpb1.xyz. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

What we collect

Account information: your app user ID, account email, authentication/session information, and account status. When you use Google sign-in, we also receive Google's account identifier and, when available, your display name and profile image URL.

Generation information: photos you choose to upload, prompts and selected template settings, generation job identifiers, progress, results, errors, and related credit records. Choose only photos you are entitled to use.

Technical information: an app-scoped installation identifier/fingerprint, IP address information, request and access times, and limited device/request information needed to authenticate requests, operate the service and investigate abuse or failures. This is not precise GPS location.

Support information: the information you send when you contact us. Do not send passwords, full authentication tokens or payment card details by email.

Google account data

Google sign-in requests basic identity information: email and profile, including name and avatar when Google makes them available. We use the verified account identifier to associate your account, and email, name and avatar to recognise and display your profile. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or Google location history.

Your Google account profile information is not included in the video-generation inputs sent by AiDancer to model providers. We do not use Google account data to train AI models or sell it for advertising. Profile images may be loaded directly from Google, which can receive ordinary network request information.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, perform requested video generations, show job progress and your Gallery, maintain credit records, provide support, and protect the service against misuse.

The official website does not provide an account sign-in or photo-upload form. Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary connection and security logs when you visit the site.

Service providers and sharing

Hosting, storage, network and model providers process information needed to provide their parts of the service. Depending on the selected template and service configuration, video generation may be processed through AtlasCloud, fal.ai or WaveSpeed. This can include the uploaded photo, prompt and reference media needed for your request. Provider availability can change.

These providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing and retention also depend on their policies and our service configuration. We do not promise that their records are deleted as soon as a local copy is removed.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to a valid legal request, or protect users and the service. We do not make your private Gallery publicly accessible through this website.

Storage and retention

Uploaded source photos are held temporarily for generation and handled by our cleanup process after a task completes or fails. Generated videos and job/account records are retained to provide your Gallery, account history, credit records and support. Retention varies with the record's purpose, legal obligations and operational needs.

Deleting an active record may not immediately remove every backup, security log or provider copy. Some information may need to remain for legal, security or accounting reasons. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out in the app and manage AiDancer's connection in your Google account settings. Signing out or revoking Google access does not itself delete an AiDancer account or its existing works.

To request access, correction or deletion of your account, uploaded content or works, contact [email protected]. Self-service account deletion is not currently provided in the app. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and will handle it according to applicable requirements, explaining any necessary retention.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of information, or make a complaint to a relevant authority. You can contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Children

AiDancer is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address the information as required. Where a higher local minimum age or guardian consent requirement applies, that requirement must also be met.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes where required. For questions, contact QinsGames at [email protected].
